My name is Patrick Mathieu

My life’s work is to be a leader in Personal and Corporate Transformation!
(And yes, I've even been featured on Oprah & Friends in an hour long interview with Dr. Oz because of the work that I do!)

I accomplish this through three different, yet very complimentary areas of focus.
1. Speaking and writing.
2. Personal and corporate training and development.
3. One-on-one coaching (including Life & Executive Coaching)


I have been a professional motivational speaker and author since 2003. I have made many appearances on TV and radio, including Oprah & Friends.

I developed a philosophy called The Power of Mortality™. My book is called “What’s Your Expiry Date? Embrace Your Mortality - Live With Vitality” and has helped thousands to live lives that are FEARLESS, FOCUSED & FREE FROM REGRETS!
I am a Senior Vice President at Healthy Wealthy and Wise®, an international training and development company that was founded in 1999.

I am proud to be an instructor of the outstanding Sales Mastery Course, as well as the Speech Mastery Course.

I oversee operations in Southwestern Ontario and Québec and our operations en français across Canada.

I am a Regional Vice President of the Certified Coaches Federation™, a division of Healthy Wealthy and Wise® Corporation.

I am also a Certified Master Coach. This means that in addition to having my own coaching clients, I am trained to certify people through the CCFs intensive two-day certification program. This program is for individuals as well as corporate (Executive Coaching) clients.
